What are the technology requirements for taking part in the Quantum Summit?
You can check if your system is ready for the Bizzabo Virtual Experience with the Quick Tech Check tool.
How do I join a session?
Always go back to the Agenda page and click the “Join Broadcast” button under the title of the session that is live. The “Join Broadcast” button will become available two minutes before the scheduled session start time.
How do I move between sessions?
When a session ends, click the “Back” button or select the Agenda tab to return to the Agenda and use the “Join Broadcast” to watch the next session.
Rating sessions
Feel free to rate each session by clicking on the rating options that appear above the window where the video plays.
Breaks
The agenda includes 2- to 4-minute breaks after each session to allow plenty of time to navigate to the next session, prepare questions for our team of experts on November 18, or simply stretch and get a drink of water.
How can I ask questions during a session?
Post your questions and comments in the “Q&A” section - to the right of the video - while watching the program. Feel free to ask your questions during any session, regardless of the topic.
Reminder: The “Q&A” section is meant to collect questions and comments. Join us for the Meet the Experts session you were invited to on November 18 and participate in the follow-on conversation.
Closed Captioning
All sessions provide closed captioning, which you can turn on or off by clicking the “CC” symbol in the bottom right-hand corner of each video.
Will the session be recorded?
Yes, the sessions will be recorded. All registrants will have access to the recordings on demand starting November 17.
